The Cell Project is an interdisciplinary unit ( math and English) that required the students to research the elements contained on the Cell Paper Rubric found at the top of this web page. The project is done in conjunction with the class science lessons in a way similar to how a webquest would be completed. The unit requires the students to research the organelles of a cell, how they function, and how the cell functions. The students will also look at the different types of cells, viruses, and bacteria and how they all interact.
